Borsalino restaurant is an Italian Restaurant situated in Peterculter in the outskirts of Aberdeen. Established in 1976 when Franco Balsamo bought “Pie Jeans” from Jean Dunbar, the previous owner. Franco has made a building that had just four tables into the restaurant that it is now.
In 2007 Franco’s son, Luca Balsamo took the reins of the restaurant and he has a team of dedicated staff who are always ready to do everything they can for you to make sure you leave completely satisfied. Although Franco is no longer running the restaurant, you will often still find him here. He particularly enjoys being in the restaurants at the weekends working with fellow Italian, Salvatore our superb tenor who you really must see, or to be correct, hear to believe.
Borsalino is regarded as one of the best Italian restaurants in the North East of Scotland. It provides customers with a mixture of classic Italian cuisine and new style dishes within the friendly and relaxed atmosphere. All in all it can truly be said that coming to Borsalino’s is an experience not to miss out on.
